This shoot is done in my warm and cosy home studio in Partridge Green.

me
Hello! I'm Alice Ballantyne and I am the owner of Alice Louise Photography.
I am a newborn and family Photographer based in Partridge Green, West Sussex, that loves creating timeless, light-filled photographs that celebrate the people you love most.
Photography has always been about more than beautiful images for me. It's about preserving the tiny details of the newest member of the family, capturing those quirky personalities and intimate moments or for you to remember the days your children weren't too shy to be their complete silly selves in the golden hour meadows.
My approach is to be in the right mindeset for each shoot. For example, If its a newborn shoot then I would want you and baby to feel relaxed and completely at ease with me. However, If it was an outdoor family shoot, then you'd probably catch me being silly with the children so they feel comfortable and excited. (Basically me just making a fool of myself to be honest!)
I believe if you are relaxed or genuinely having a great time, then it shows through the photos so I will do my absolute best to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I want to capture the real you! Because these are photos you'll cling onto forever, and I will always want you to look back and remember the great time you had.

We had such a lovely experience with Alice for our family photo shoot! She made us all feel so relaxed, and was especially amazing with our little boy, who doesn't usually cooperate for photos. She made the session so much fun that he didn't even realise he was having his picture taken, which gave us the most natural, genuine photos.
